Customer and team journeys
Define onboarding, accounts, key tasks and the information each role needs. Prototype important flows before development so stakeholders can test an interaction without mistaking a prototype for a finished service.
Mobile app development · Nigeria
An app earns its place on a phone by making a recurring task easier. Zamkah develops mobile experiences for Nigerian businesses and institutions, from customer-facing services to tools used by operational teams. We help define what belongs in the app, what belongs in the backend and what needs to work before release.
Who this is for
For service businesses connecting customers and teams, organisations equipping field staff, and product owners developing mobility, travel, marketplace or learning experiences. Early ideas benefit from a focused first release rather than an unprioritised feature list.
Mobile projects become difficult when account roles, connectivity, notifications and operational support are considered too late. We map the complete journey, including the staff who handle exceptions after a customer presses a button.
Scope & deliverables
Define onboarding, accounts, key tasks and the information each role needs. Prototype important flows before development so stakeholders can test an interaction without mistaking a prototype for a finished service.
Cross-platform development can support both platforms where suitable. Device features, accessibility, network behaviour and any offline requirements are assessed individually rather than promised as automatic features of every app.
Scope includes the APIs, administration tools and approved integrations the app requires. Release preparation considers testing devices, store assets, account ownership and handover. App-store review decisions remain with the platform operators.
From brief to handover
Identify the recurring user problem, operating team and smallest useful release.
Review navigation and important states with intended users and support staff.
Build the mobile interface and backend, testing role boundaries and failure cases.
Review device behaviour, content, store requirements and operational support before submission.
Native device capabilities and Android/iOS cross-platform options are considered against the brief. We discuss APIs, identity, notifications and data storage at a practical level without prescribing a stack before understanding the product.
A discovery/prototype engagement can precede a scoped first release. Features and support can be commissioned in phases, with ownership of store accounts, code, provider costs and maintenance responsibilities agreed in the contract.
Experience in context
KariGO and Awayo belong to their named group-company operators; Noor Quran is developed by Zamkah. Their pages retain individual availability disclosures. They are product-building references, not three external client commissions.

Questions before we begin
That depends on your audience, budget and device requirements. We can scope both or sequence the platforms, documenting what the first release must prove before further investment.
Offline behaviour must be designed around specific tasks and data. We identify what users need during connection loss and how updates will reconcile; not every transaction can safely complete offline.
No. We can prepare the app and submission materials within the agreed scope, but each store controls its review. Your business must also provide required content, accounts and permissions.
