These Terms concern the corporate website of Zamkah Technologies Limited, RC 1697122. They do not replace a separate signed agreement for services or the terms of a group-company or third-party product.
Using the website
Use this website lawfully and respectfully. You may browse its information and contact us about legitimate business, professional or institutional matters.
Corporate and service information
Descriptions of capabilities and experience are general information, not a binding offer, quotation or commitment to provide a service. Please confirm the scope, availability, price and responsibilities for an engagement through a separate agreement. This does not excuse false or misleading statements or exclude duties imposed by law.
Products and projects
Ownership, development work and current availability are separate. Catalogue inclusion does not establish that a product is live. Historical credentials do not establish current validity. Awayo is presented under Zamkah Travel & Tourism Limited, KariGO under KariGO Express Limited, and Grid products under Grid Platforms Limited. APRI-HUB is APRI client work developed by Zamkah, not a Zamkah-owned product. Noor Quran, Muryar Arewa and Tradia retain the relationships described on their pages.
Intellectual property
The Zamkah brand and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Rights in group-company materials, client projects, broadcaster content, third-party marks and other supplied assets remain with their respective holders. No transfer of those rights is implied. Request permission for reuse beyond what applicable law permits.
External links
Links are provided for relevant information or access to an independently operated service. Their content and privacy arrangements are governed by the relevant operator. A link does not establish ownership, current product availability or a guarantee. This clause does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law imposes on Zamkah.
Availability and accuracy
We seek to keep corporate information accurate and useful, but information can change and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Confirm information material to an engagement with us. Nothing here permits misleading statements or overrides mandatory rights.
Enquiries
The form explains whether delivery is available before submission. Enquiry delivery is currently disabled. Sending an enquiry or receiving an automated acknowledgment does not create a contract or guarantee a response time. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share; our Privacy notice explains the handling of personal information.
Prohibited conduct
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or misuse enquiry facilities. Measures to protect the website must remain consistent with applicable law.
Liability
Responsibility for loss arising from use of this informational website is subject to applicable Nigerian law. To the extent permitted by that law, Zamkah does not accept liability for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from its breach of these Terms, or for interruption or independent third-party content not caused by its breach of a legal duty. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability or mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Separate client agreements govern contracted services, subject to applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and use of the website are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. Disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, subject to applicable mandatory jurisdiction and remedies. No compulsory arbitration or foreign forum is imposed by these Terms.
Changes
We may revise these Terms and identify the effective and last-updated dates of the applicable version. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter a separate contract without the agreement or process it requires.
